Lava-will encompass, a fusion of international cuisine, an exciting drinks directory coupled with the best sounds of todays international music scene. As the Manager of this concept, you will have at least 2 - 3 years previous management experience gained within a similar high-end Lounge Bar and bring necessary professional experience to make LAVA the place to be seen. You should be a vibrant character with energy, enthusiasm and drive which will be contagious to your team ensuring that our guests get the "Vibe ". You'll get a "Buzz" from delivering an up to date experience to our customers with your knowledge of the current music scene along with a professional delivery of food and drinks service. You'll be fully involved in the pre-opening stages of Lava and the building, training and developing of your team will be crucial to achieve the "Customer Experience". You will have experience in budgeting, cost management, stock control, rostering and the ability to capture the market through a proactive approach to marketing and promotions.
