The InterContinental Abu Dhabi is currently on the look out for a Club Floor Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join or grow within the InterContinental Hotels Group. This position involves managing the Club floors in the hotel consisting of 5 floors (15-19) out of which the 18th floor is the Club Lounge.

*Monitor all executive floor personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure

*Monitor executive floor agents to ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP's receive special recognition and service

*Ensures timely set up and replenishment of all food and beverage presentations in the lounge with special attention to quality

*Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival and to ensure the amenities are placed in the room before the guest check-in
*Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system

*Compile, analyze and control club rooms and lounge costs

*Attend regular guest cocktail parties and social engagements in an effort to further improve on service delivery

*Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests

*Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for the Club Floor and Club Lounge with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction

*To liaise with other operating departments notably Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and

*Engineering on matters which concern them with regards to guest's needs

*Deal with all guest queries and complaints, ensure that they are dealt with accordingly and gain optimum guest satisfaction

*At the beginning and end of each shift, ensure that all relevant information is communicated to all concerned and the diary / logbook is kept updated at all times
